1. When should I receive my order?

Generally orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is confirmed. The items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. All orders should arrive at the destinaton within 5-7 business days.

2. What is the time duration on returns? Are there any the return policy?

We have a 10-days satisfaction assurance on all of our items. If you are not completely satisfied with any item from Famous Gurkha Khukuri House (FGKH) or if the item is damaged or defective you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please allow us 14 to 21 days for your return to be handled, once we process the return your credit should be posted on your next statement.

3. I want to have a wholesale marketing. What are the necessities for that?
Whole-Sale Business Chances- We need many allies as friends, all over the world who can join with us to promote, collect and supply these khukuri to their local market/area.

Our main commitment is to make accessible our khukuri easily worldwide who are searching for original Gurkha khukuri.We are looking for business partner to promote our khukuri wide-reaching. Therefore, if someone willing to be our distributor or someone necessitates to resale our khukuri, we are open to expand our business to them.

4. How can I get set up for online ordering?
Basically click on the “ADD TO CART” link found in the web page of each product on ‘Khukuri Category’.
You can also sign up as a customer in our databank. If you are a wholesale customer, please call +977 01 4418509 to speak with a representative for online ordering entrance.

5. Do you take my checks by phone?
Sorry, we do not receive checks by phone; we only accept credit cards, debit cards and gift cards over the PayPal.
For wholesale order, we have a bank detail in our Terms & Conditions.

6. When will I get my ordered items?
The ordered items are usually shipped out 24 to 48 business hours after we receive the items in stock. At the time of order our representative will give you the date we expect the item to arrive via email or phone. You can also contact our Customer Service Department for an estimated delivery date for the ordered items.

7. How do I find out if my order has been shipped?
We have an email address in record; you will receive order validations and shipping confirmations, including tracking information if shipped via a track able method.

8. Do FGKH have a quality control department?
We provide only quality proven items. You need not worry.

9. Around, how long does it take to process a mail order from start to finish?
We process all mail orders the day they are received. All credit card orders are immediately released for processing. Check orders may be held for clearance. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after being succumbed. All orders should arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days. We have an email on record; you will receive order and ship confirmations as soon as possible.

10. Are the khukuris sharpened?
All our khukuri come with high carbon steel that is car & jeep leaf spring, 1075-1095. So, all khukuri blades are sharp. This is the basic thing we take care of.

11. Where are items made?
Mostly, we make khukuris in Eastern part of Nepal Dharan and Dhankuta which are all made by hand without the use of machines and equipment.

13. How To make order and Pay Online?
Go to “Khukuri Product
Click on khukuri categories according to your desire
Select the quantity and click “Add to Cart” button
You can click “Check out” if you finish shopping or you can even add or subtract or remove the order
Fill up your Billing as well as shipping Information and Click “Continue”
When the transaction is successfully done, you will get order confirmation details from our team within less than a day.

14. How long does it take to receive my order via regular shipping?
Orders should be received within 5 to 7 business days i.e. one week in maximum.

15. When  do FGKH remain open?
You are able to place orders 24 hours a day either through the website, fax, automated system or also voicemail.

16. Do I have to be a member to order?
You do not have to be a member to order. But, if you become a member, you will get an access to our exclusive khukuris, guaranteed discount in every item and also, you will be sent special gifts in the occasion of festivals like Christmas.

17. Do you have my credit card number in record?
Our system allows us to only see the last four numbers and expiration date of your card.

18. What types of delivery services does FGKH have?
Once you complete the order details, thereafter, the shipment cost is automatically added that will be notified immediately in ORDER CONFIRMATION email for your further order reference. We will inform you within 24 hours regarding your shipment and will provide you with the tracking number.

19. Why do you reallly need my phone number and/or email address?
Having a phone number or email address on your account helps us contact you quicker if we have a question or problem with your order. If we have your email address you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order and a shipping confirmation when your order ships with the tracking number if it is shipped via a track able method. You will also receive periodic email promotions that our team sends out.

20. How are the Pricing of the items set?
Every product and price featured on this website has undergone price overview. Please note that FGKH reserves the right to void any incorrect pricing or product information.
